Are you dedicated to transforming the educational outcomes for vulnerable students through bespoke support pathways? Join us as a PLC Coordinator, where you will lead the management of the Personalised Learning Centre (PLC) and strategically identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies relevant to specific student cohorts. This role requires a proactive approach to multi-agency collaboration, a passion for mentoring, and a focus on removing barriers to learning.

You will identify student cohorts for the alternative curriculum and deliver relevant courses to provide them with necessary qualifications. A core component of the role is extensive external liaison, acting as the single point of contact for accessing specialist support services such as the Social and Youth Services, the Education Welfare Service, and the Probation Service. You will develop and implement time-bound action plans with SMART targets to remove barriers to learning, establish and maintain supportive mentoring relationships, and undertake necessary student testing (e.g., Lucid).
