Premium gives one live advert seven days of default-result priority, highlighting and private views. Matching filters and explicit visitor sorting still apply; other Premium adverts share the promoted space. After the period, a valid advert returns to standard placement. Includes up to six new AI matching searches per account per UTC day, shared between jobs and candidate searches; cached results do not count again. Standard accounts keep up to three searches. Daily shared service limits and availability also apply. Employers need an approved vacancy; candidate suggestions include only opted-in public adverts, never private CVs. AI uses declared professional skills and requirements, not protected personal traits, and never makes hiring decisions. The sharing bonus provides these same seven-day benefits once per account.

The planned Turbo campaign includes the same up-to-six daily AI searches as Premium; limits do not stack across adverts. It combines fourteen days of Premium with three scheduled refreshes within the promoted results. During the first seven days, the advert would also rotate with other eligible VIP adverts in a homepage spotlight. This does not mean a permanent first position or exclusive homepage placement. Paid campaign scheduling and the VIP block will launch together with checkout.
Each package is for one approved, live advert. Bumps affect the default results only. Promotion does not extend an advert’s closing date or guarantee messages, applications or a job.
Paid packages will activate only after a confirmed payment when checkout launches. Any mandatory tax and the final total will be shown before you pay. There is no automatic subscription. Final purchase and cancellation terms will be shown with checkout.

A few things to know.
What do the view statistics measure?
Eligible browser page opens on a live Premium advert, recorded from the launch of this feature. Your own signed-in visits, known crawlers and prefetch requests are excluded. Repeat visits can count; these are approximate opens, not unique people. No visitor names, IP addresses or new tracking cookies are stored for this counter. Daily totals are kept for up to 90 days.
What happens after seven days?
The advert returns to standard placement, its Premium highlight ends and the statistics page becomes locked. An otherwise valid advert stays published until it closes. There is no automatic payment.
Is Premium the same as AI matching?
Premium increases your AI matching allowance from up to 3 to up to 6 new searches per account per UTC day while you have a live Premium advert. It also changes directory visibility. It never changes AI recommendation ranking, grants verified qualifications or makes hiring decisions. Cached results do not count again; daily shared service limits apply.
Can I buy another promotion?
Planned paid packages are shown above: Bump Up £1.99, Premium £4.99 for 7 days and Turbo Spotlight £9.99 for 14 days. Checkout is not live yet, so no paid package can be activated or charged. The current free sharing offer can be claimed once per account.
